The flotation machine is suitable for sorting black metals and non-ferrous metals, but also for sorting non-metals like coal, fluorite and talc. The flotation machine has the following features: large volume of inspiration and low energy consumption. Each slot has suction, suction rastovor and flotation triple functions, as well as a flotation circuit. It does not require any additional equipment and is configured horizontally to facilitate the process change.
When the flotation machine is working, with the rotation of the impeller, the suspension in the tank is sucked from the bottom of the tray through the lower part of the impeller to the blades. At the same time, the low-pressure air supplied by the blower flows through the hollow shaft and the air distributor of the impeller. After the suspension is completely mixed with the air between the blades, it is pressed obliquely upward from the periphery of the upper half of the impeller, and enters the entire groove after stabilization and orientation by the stators. The bubbles rise to the foam stabilization zone, and after the enrichment process, the bubbles overflow from the bypass dam or enter the foam tank. Part of the suspension enters the lower part of the impeller, is mixed with impellers and re-mixed to form mineralized vesicles. The remaining slurry flows into the next tank until it finally becomes tails.
